India Life Centers

Recently, Dr. Max Lange returned from a trip to India, where he visited Childcare Worldwide’s different projects.
While traveling, he saw several of our Life Centers, where children come for free tutoring and to learn about Jesus. At one of the centers, Dr. Lange met Viya, who told him about the great difference the Life Center has made for both her children and herself.
Viya has two boys and one girl, who used to be very disobedient at home. They refused to help out with chores and didn’t ever want to do their homework. After attending the Life Center, they were given help with their studies and taught Biblical traits such as love, compassion, kindness and obedience. It was clear that they took their lessons to heart because soon, everything changed.
The kids became more obedient, they fought less with one another and began helping out around the house. They even started studying and working hard in school and now they all get good grades.
Viya was so moved by how the Biblical lessons had influenced her children that she decided to try going to church to learn about Jesus herself. God must have touched her heart that service because she now attends church every Sunday.
Dr. Lange was impressed and encouraged with the work being done to educate children and spread the gospel in India. He was happy to learn about the impact the Life Centers have had, not only on the children, but their parents as well.
