Life Centers in India
| Child labor and prostitution are still a large part of India today. Not only that, but around half of the children between the ages of 6 and 14 in India are illiterate and only 2.3% of India’s population knows Jesus.
Through India Life Centers we are strengthening the church of India and helping children succeed. Each Life Center is held in a local church in India where kids receive free tutoring and Christian Character Building lessons. So far, the Life Centers have shown to also serve as an outreach into the community. Some of the kids have shown such positive change that their parents have decided to attend church in order to learn about Jesus themselves. |
