Thanks to your generosity, field teams are bringing
help and hope to children who need it most—right now.
Watch this Heartfelt Visit
Watch this moving video of Harold and Debbie from Cross Pointe Community Church meeting their sponsored child, Ezra Kigaye, in Uganda.
Ezra’s family welcomed them with songs, dancing, and joyful celebration. Ezra shared about his schooling and dreams, while his mother and grandmother expressed heartfelt thanks for the support he receives.
The visit grew even more special when the sponsors shared a video from their Sunday school class, bringing messages of love and worship. Gifts of clothes, bedding, and toys added to the joy, but the greatest gift was the reminder that sponsorship is more than financial support—it’s family in Christ.
Fresh From the Field: Life Center Updates
These stories just came in—real moments of hope, healing, and transformation made possible by your support.
From a young age in Kenya, Abel’s curiosity about how the world works inspired him to study science. Through the support of his Childcare Worldwide sponsor, that spark has grown into a remarkable achievement.
Now pursuing his Master of Science in Physics, Abel recently published a research article focused on detecting pesticide residues in collard greens using advanced Raman Spectroscopy techniques. With his thesis now submitted, he’s preparing for his final presentation before graduating this December—to God be the Glory!
Abel’s story reflects how faith, perseverance, and opportunity can open doors to a brighter future. He’s proof that with Jesus, and a little help, amazing things are possible. [LEARN MORE]
Thanks to your support, 30 families recently received brand-new water filters—bringing safe, healthy drinking water right into their homes. For many, this was their first time experiencing clean, filtered water, and the results have been life-changing.
Though mobilizing and installing the filters took time, the joy and gratitude from parents made every effort worthwhile. Families no longer have to spend money on costly water cans, and they’re already seeing the benefits of cleaner, better-tasting water.
This project has brought both physical refreshment and spiritual encouragement—a reminder that every good gift flows from God. As these families enjoy clean water each day, they’re also experiencing His love in a tangible way. [LEARN MORE]
In Uganda, bedtime just got brighter. Thanks to generous supporters, children in five villages received brand-new mattresses—many for the first time ever.
For these kids, a mattress means more than a soft place to sleep. It offers warmth, protection, and dignity, turning hard floors into a safe haven. Local leaders shared God’s love in action as they delivered comfort and rest to every child.
This simple gift is changing nights—and days—for families across Uganda. [LEARN MORE]
One Sponsor’s Story of Impact
More than twelve years ago, Kent and Judy Bradford of Van Wert, Ohio, attended a church service where a group of children from Childcare Worldwide came to sing. As they listened and learned about sponsorship, they were moved by the opportunity to make a lasting difference—and by the ministry’s commitment to sharing the Gospel.
“The monthly support was so reasonable for all that was being provided, but what really touched us was knowing that each child was also being nurtured spiritually,” Kent shared. “As Christians, that meant a lot to us.”
Over the years, their relationship with Maria Namyalo in Uganda has become deeply personal. “Sponsorship isn’t just sending money—it’s being part of a child’s story,” Judy explained. “Through letters and photos, we’ve watched Maria grow, learn about her family, her dreams, and most importantly, her love for God. Our grandchildren even help us write letters and pick her Christmas gifts, it’s truly a family effort.”
Kent and Judy encourage others to experience that same joy. “There are many wonderful organizations that help children, but Childcare Worldwide gives you the chance to actually see how your prayers, letters, and God’s love can transform a life. We’ve been so blessed by God, and this is one way we can share His blessings with others.”
